Her caregiver was reliable, showing up on time and always kept me in the loop. My mother and I were also very pleased with the registration process. While a formal assessment was skipped due to my own time constraints, the owner was thorough in asking questions about my mother’s routine, interests, preferences, and so on, and was able to match her with an appropriate caregiver. Ben and his workers provided care and concern with their work. Ben added a special touch by coming out to address a small issue missed by his staff. I highly recommend Mr. Ben Chernow and the staff from Seniors Helping Seniors. I will be engaging them in the future for more work.

I just wanted to send a note to say that Karen is an exceptional individual. She always smiles and takes little initiatives to help my mom and me with little things like taking out the trash. Today she gave my mom a beautiful wooden bowl from Germany that plays music like a music box. She saw it in an antique shop and thought it matched many of her things. I am blown away by this kindness, and my mom was visibly touched, which is very rare- ha!
